We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. However, please note some deliveries may arrive up to 3 working days following payment.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Our Standard UK deliveries are a trackable service providing a full progress update using the tracking number provided at the point of dispatch via the UPS tracking service.
These items are not able to be posted through a letterbox. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, UPS will leave you a card informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the goods from a local depot. UPS will also provide a text facility confirming your allocated delivery date/time at point of dispatch where you will have the opportunity to re-arrange a delivery convenient to you.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from PHYSIOLAB®, however if for any reason our products do not meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, you have a 14 day 'cooling-off period" (if you are a consumer) within which you may return your order and receive a full refund. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and collected by a courier within 14 days of delivery to stated address.

A member of our team will register your return and provide you with a return reference number and arrange a convenient time and date for collection of your product.
Please ensure you enclose within your return your order reference number, name and reason for return.
Please note, returns will not be accepted unless pre-agreed and registered with the customer services department.
PHYSIOLAB® Returns Dept
We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your goods at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a full refund, and then place a new order for your preffered replacement item.
