FREE UK-WIDE DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We offer you the opportunity to select your preferred delivery date at checkout. In the case that you do not request a specific delivery date, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. However, please note that deliveries could arrive up to 3 working days after you place your order. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the next working day.
If you require Saturday delivery, you may incur an additional charge - in this case our team will be in touch once your order has been placed. If you have any special delivery requests, please contact customer services on 01908 263331, quoting your order number.
Collection is free of charge when you purchase a PHYSIOLAB package. Our team will be in touch to arrange collection as you near the end of your agreement period. Should you wish to keep your package for longer, you will be offered the opportunity to extend your agreement at this point. Please refer to the quick start guide that comes with your package for more detail on the returns process.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. However, please note some deliveries may arrive up to 3 working days following payment.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from PHYSIOLAB®, however if for any reason our products do not meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, you have a 14 day 'cooling-off period" (if you are a consumer) within which you may return your order and receive a full refund. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and collected by a courier within 14 days of delivery to stated address.
If you wish to return your product for any reason please contact our Customer Services Department on +44 (0) 1908 263331 or email@example.com. A member of our team will register your return and provide you with a return reference number and arrange a convenient time and date for collection of your product.
Please ensure you enclose within your return your order reference number, name and reason for return.
Please note, returns will not be accepted unless pre-agreed and registered with the customer services department.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your goods at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a full refund, and then place a new order for your preffered replacement item.
