HOME RECOVERY PACKAGES : DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

DELIVERIES

You are offered the opportunity to select your preferred delivery date, should we not be able to fulfil this we will contact you as quickly as possible.

We suggest you choose a delivery date to match your requirements, whilst also giving you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the equipment.

We do rely on couriers for deliveries and despatch accordingly, however, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

Orders to Northern Scotland and the Highlands may take longer to deliver.

RETURNS

A pre paid returns label will be delivered with your Home Recovery Package, we will send a reminder regarding extending or returning 1 week prior to expiry date.

This email will contain a link to either extend your package or to arrange your collection.

STANDARD UK (MAINLAND) DELIVERY (2-3 DAYS) - £9.99

IRELAND/NORTHERN ISLAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS -  (2-3 DAYS) - £23.99

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS -  (2-3 DAYS) - £31.99

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. However, please note some deliveries may arrive up to 3 working days following payment.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from PHYSIOLAB®, however if for any reason our products do not meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, you have a 14 day 'cooling-off period" (if you are a consumer) within which you may return your order and receive a full refund. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and collected by a courier within 14 days of delivery to stated address.

If you wish to return your product for any reason please contact our Customer Services Department on +44 (0) 1908 263331 or [email protected]. A member of our team will register your return and provide you with a return reference number and arrange a convenient time and date for collection of your product.

Please ensure you enclose within your return your order reference number, name and reason for return.

Please note, returns will not be accepted unless pre-agreed and registered with the customer services department.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your goods at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a full refund, and then place a new order for your preffered replacement item.
