DELIVERIES

You are offered the opportunity to select your preferred delivery date. Where possible, we will endeavour to ensure your order is delivered on or before your selected start date.

We recommend you choose a start date to match your requirements, whilst also giving you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the equipment.

In the event of a delayed delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to amend the start and end dates accordingly. We rely on couriers for deliveries and despatch, and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Accordingly, financial compensation cannot be offered for delayed deliveries.

Orders to certain postcode areas can take longer, so we suggest you order for delivery a couple of days prior to allow extra time.

RETURNS

A pre-paid returns label will be delivered with your Home Recovery Package. We will also send a reminder regarding extending or returning your package one week prior to the expiry date.

This email will contain a link to either extend your package or to arrange your collection.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. However, please note some deliveries may arrive up to 3 working days following payment.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from PHYSIOLAB®. However, if for any reason our products do not meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, you have a 14-day 'cooling-off' period (if you are a consumer) within which you may return your order and receive a full refund. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and collected by a courier within 14 days of delivery to the stated address.

If you wish to return your product for any reason, please contact our Customer Services Department on +44 (0) 1908 263331 or [email protected]. A member of our team will register your return, provide you with a return reference number, and arrange a convenient time and date for the collection of your product.

Please ensure you enclose your order reference number, name, and reason for return within your package.

Please note: returns will not be accepted unless pre-agreed and registered with the Customer Services Department.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your goods at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days; however, this can vary between banks and may take longer if you are an international customer.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a full refund, and then place a new order for your preferred replacement item.
