PROVIDE AN EFFICIENT HOME RECOVERY SERVICE
The Physiolab S1 is a cryo-pneumatic device that combines cryotherapy with dynamic intermittent compression. Standardised use of Physiolab post-surgery aids the body’s natural healing process, reducing Oedema, pain and improving mobility. Our 4 week packages are delivered to your patient's home, allowing them to utilise our S1 device during the most critical phase of their post-operative recovery.
Our product range includes therapy packs for all key orthopaedic areas: knee, hip, shoulder and ankle.
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

1The surgeon or patient orders a Home Recovery Package from the Physiolab website.
2Our customer services handle all the logistics and Physiolab deliver the unit to the patient on the desired date.
3Your patient uses the S1 device post-op to reduce their pain and swelling.
4At the end of the 4 week period, Physiolab will arrange contact your patient to arrange collection of the device. Alternatively, your patient can extend and keep the unit for longer.

The Physiolab cooling compression system has really added to the post op regime of my patients. Not only immediately after the operation (where it really reduces swelling and dramatically reduces the need for pain meds), but also in the rehab phase. I recommend that my patients use it at home for 4 weeks following their operation. Patients can use it multiple times a day, after exercises and therapy sessions, and it has been great at helping to reduce swelling and speed up their recovery.
